    The General Assembly

    It shall be the supreme organ of AAWORD. It shall meet once every four (4) years in ordinary and extraordinary session when the conditions so demand and at the request of 2/3 of the members of the Executive Committee.
    The General Assembly shall be composed of all members of the Association. Any paid-up member shall be eligible to participate in the deliberations and in any voting based consultation.

    The Executive Committee

    The Executive Committee shall comprise nine (9) regular or substantive members and 9 alternates, elected by the General Assembly, and the Executive Secretary ex-officio member of the Executive Committee, during the exercise of her functions.
